Use your IRA or old 401(k) to Invest with Us
By using a self-directed IRA account, you can preserve the tax-protected status of your retirement funds by having the gains from your investment with White Real Estate be tax-free through your IRA. In this scenario, your IRA, as its own entity, would become the investor in one of our offerings. Our capital appreciation product seeks to make equity investments in value-add multifamily assets in emerging markets such as the Charlotte MSA. Our investment strategy focuses on stabilized to light value-play assets, meaning the investor typically profits from both cash flow and appreciation upon exiting the property. The holding period is typically 3-7 years.
The following accounts can be used:
- Traditional or Roth IRA
- Former employer’s 401(k) or any employer’s plan (403b, 457, TSP, etc)
- SEP or SIMPLE IRA
