By using a self-directed IRA account, you can preserve the tax-protected status of your retirement funds and have the gains from your investment with MRA be tax-free back to your IRA. In this scenario, your IRA, as its own entity, would become the investor in the hybrid fund.

Typically, a fund may offer current income OR capital appreciation – MRA offers both hence the “Hybrid”.

  •  Our LIGHTHOUSE FUND: a High Yield Asset-Back Lending platform that makes short-term bridge loans to builders, developers & real estate professionals. The loan is secured by the asset and offers current income with the potential of capital appreciation. These loans have a duration of 6 to 9 months with a maximum 12 month holding period. Investment in the LIGHTHOUSE FUND required a minimum 2-year lock-up period.
  • Our SERIES B FUND: our capital appreciation product, seeks to make equity investments in value-add Commercial Real Estate developments & redevelopments in multifamily, office, grocery-anchored, mixed-use, retail, senior living, student housing, medical & land development. The holding period is 3-7 years.
